We want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fragrance experience. If you are not delighted with your purchase, you may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unused candles or diffusers in their original decorative packaging and place them inside a secure shipping box with protective padding.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
